The Wedding Salon Bridal Show will be held at the Iowa Memorial Union on the Iowa University Campus. The show itself is in the Main Lounge, which is a huge ballroom-like space. I love this space! It lends itself to an old-world elegance. It truly is a perfect place to hold a bridal show. We have some terrific vendors lines up from all over the state.
Joe's Photo Booth is going to be there. He really does have an old time photo booth that has a funky modern vibe to it. Bring your sweetie and have your picture taken together. Wouldn't that be fun for a wedding? I have seen even the stodgiest people take advantage and end up laughing until they cried because it is so fun!
State Representative House District 37 - Representative Renee Schulte -
will be at the show as well. See, and you thought that we weren't very civic-minded! Stop by the Mary Kay table to say hello to her.
We are also having a chocolate tasting table with some of the newest chocolate to be introduced---XOCAI Healthy Chocolate. It claims that it can actually help you loose weight! If that is true, then I am all over this! I can't wait to try it, so of course, you know where you can find me!
