Flowers are important

A bride's bouquet is very important. They are a visual statement of her style as she proudly carries them down the aisle. They add color, depth and texture to her ensemble, intimately connecting her to earthly elements while giving her courage to face what is before her. (If you have ever held a bouquet in your hands before, it is very empowering!)

To make sure that the bouquet and the bride stand out as much as possible, hold your flowers as low and as centered as possible. Holding them lower than right across under the breastbone will help you appear taller and leaner and who doesn't want that on their wedding day?
I found this great bouquet board online. It shows different styles for there are as many different flower combinations as there are personalities within their owners. The board comes from http://www.freshflowerideasinfo.com

Love this last one!

Cynthia,
I love the bouquet board, its great to see the different shapes and textures. Just wanted to let you know how much I adore(!) the center bouquet on the board. The texture is great, and I love the flowers used. That is a bouquet that I would be thrilled with on my wedding day (except with the alsromeria in place of the orchids). Anyway, just wanted to share!
You're blog is always so helpful, just like you!
