Choosing a color scheme for your wedding is a very personal thing. You can choose a color based on favorite travel memories, bridesmaid's dresses, or even your favorite childhood candies. Whatever your colors, make them personal and appropriate for the type of event that you are planning. Keeping the season - time of year - that you are getting married in will help with your color choices as well. Unless, of course, you choose a color palette that is seasonless.

Clarion Hotel in Cedar Rapids. The bride's colors - Green and Orange - can be at any time of the year and always looks great, but of course, fall is a great time for this combo!
