Week in Review

Where does the time go?  We ask ourselves this question all the time in the office and even though we are frustrated sometimes that there doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done, we do feel blessed at the end of every day that we have so much to do!

If you missed a day on the Blog this week, we have you covered right here......

The beginning of the week start off with a real wedding from a new photographer to WeddingsinIowa.com. Micah Ray Photography   Micah's business is actually located in Platteville, WI, but he travels to surrounding states to take beautiful pictures.

Monday, we announced our Pantone Contest that started on December 13th.  We love to see what our viewers create, so we are asking you to put your loveliest thoughts together in a mood board that features this year's Pantone Color of the Year - "Radiant Orchid"  The winner will receive a smart makeup bag filled with beauty samples as well as a $400.00 Wedding Planning Package from Special Events!

Tuesday's Dress Love featured romantic looks.  We are forever in love with the dresses pictured on this week's picks.   Gorgeous fashion for gorgeous brides!

We are big on Wedding Details, so this week's post on Bridesmaid gifts was right up our alley. Beautiful cosmetic bags filled with makeup samples not only shows your maids what a chic gift giver you are, but also lets them know how valued & loved they have been to your day.  Besides, who doesn't like to play with the latest makeup trends?

One of our Preferred, Premier Vendors - Something Chic will be married one year on December 22nd. When we contacted Danielle about showcasing some of her work on the Blog, she sent us these gems from her own celebration!

Our Real Wedding of Miles and Ariel was such a joy to our heart to post.  We loved working with them; helping them create a gorgeous day at the World Food Prize building this summer. Here is a peak of their wonderful wedding.

We loved being a part of the World Food Prize Holiday Open House this week. If you have not checked out this building for your own event, please do so.  It has been restored to a stunning glory that would showcase your wedding perfectly to your guests.
