One of the questions that we get asked a lot is about caterers. "What types of foods should we serve at our wedding?" "Buffet or sit down? "How many Food Stations are best?"
We may not have all the answers, but we will try to tackle some of your questions here and even add in a few surprises of our own along the way.
The very first question we want to squash, is yes - you should absolutely feed your guests during the Social Hour. It doesn't have to fill them up, but it should be a little something to tide them over until dinner, especially if alcohol is being consumed during this pre-meal time.
Make sure there is a good balance between one or two bites and a fun way to eat the tidbits. Make sure to include foods for vegetarians, children and be mindful of food allergies if you can.
