Don't forget your sleep

As often happens when one is stressed, sleep can be a little hard to come by. We get busy with this and that, neglect our health habits and worry ourselves into a frenzy. The month leading up to your wedding is no time to be frazzled and sleepless. In fact, studies show that when we get a good night's sleep, our bodies and our emotional beings function at a much higher capacity, we are able to make more common-sense, sound decisions and are more alert to our surroundings and situations around us.

So, listen to your body and sleep when you are tired. A cat nap here and there and at least 8 hours of rest for weary bodies and minds makes for a happier wedding day!
