We are great fans of Project Runway. The fashion, the shopping trips, the drama! We love following the designers as there are so many perspectives that we are bound to be delighted with every show. Whenever one of the talents takes off from the show, it is exciting to follow their success. One of those success stories, Austin Scarlett, is hard not to love [you remember him from the very first season of Project Runway]. His sophisticated lines, clean, edgy, modern clothing was a winner with viewers and his wedding gown feature on the runway was a showstopper.
Here we are years later and Austin is still going strong. His 2014 line is pared down, refined and detailed, a signature favorite of this sophisticated designer. Here are some of our favorites from his fall collection courtesy of WeddBook.

Austin's eye for detail got him noticed by top wedding houses and he was quickly snatched up by Kenneth Pool after his runway challenge and asked to design for this prestigious gown company. Here is a favorite from his debut collection and we couldn't be more smitten with the detail work on the back of this gown.
