Wedding Inspiration | 2012 Wedding Dress Love

The 2012 Wedding Dress collection from J L M Couture and Tara Keely is beautiful.  It is hard to pick a favorite.

Designer Profile

Lazaro Perez, designer of the Lazaro and Tara Keely collections, is known for his impeccable fit and glamorous collections featuring exquisite beading and embroidery with dramatic silhouettes. With over twenty years of design experience, Lazaro is regarded as one of the industry’s premier bridal designers.
Upon graduating from the renown Ray College of Design at the Illinois Institute of Art, Lazaro caught the attention of a premier bridal salon in Chicago when he was awarded “Best New Bridal Design” in all three categories of bridal, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride. His design talent soon led him to New York, where he worked for the then prominent bridal house of Galina-Bouquet. From there he moved on to become the uncredited designer of Richard Glasgow’s Riccio collection. Soon after JLM Couture president and ceo Joseph Murphy brought him into the JLM group and in 1994 launched the Lazaro collection of bridal and bridesmaid gowns. In February 2010, Lazaro was also named head designer of Tara Keely.
Lazaro’s work has frequently been recognized by the fashion industry and national news media. In 2001 he was awarded the Distinctive Excellence in the Bridal Industry (DEBI) in the category of “Style Innovator for Bridal Gowns” as well as “Designer of the Year”, and in 2004 Lazaro was given the Couture Bridal Award in the bridesmaid category by Wedding Dresses Magazine. Lazaro frequently appears on TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress” in New York and Atlanta, and WEtv’s “Girl Meets Gown”. His designs have been featured on The Today Show, Good Day L.A., American Latino TV, and Fox Business’s “Happy Hour”.
When it comes to inspiration, Lazaro is hands on. He personally travels to many of his trunk shows to meet with brides, helping them choose the most flattering styles that best express their personalities. *

Wedding Dress Love | Faviana

We all knew that is was going to happen.  One of the Royals gets married and then everyone jumps on the wagon to sell dresses. Don't get me wrong.  Kate's dress was absolutely stunning and perfect for a royal shindig.  Anything that comes from the Alexendar McQueen design house, I love!  So it only goes without saying that other Wedding Dress designers would want to show this fabulous design off in their own collections.

Faviana has launched its own Royal Wedding Collection.  The collection consists of five pieces: Kate Middleton's wedding gown, her change-out dress, Pippa's Maid of Honor gown, as well as her change-out dress.  Faviana also designed a special occasion version of the gown.

Wedding Gown Designers

There are as many dress designers as there are types of dresses to choose from when shopping for your wedding ensemble. Fiona Clare is a lovely designer from London and if you haven't viewed her work, then you are missing out.

Victoria Jane for Ronald Joyce is another London based designer that you will certainly want to check out. Her designer are beautiful and love her web site for inspiration.
And while you're at it, check out the latest Oscar de la Renta bridal line. Pure perfection! These dresses are beautiful and will inspire you to seek out your own masterpiece.
Of Course, viewing the web site of Giambattista Valli, makes me want to book the next flight to Paris. Click on the Collections tab and then the Bridal Collection to see his beautiful and fun creations.
