Wedding Inspirations | Romance

If you thought romance was dead, this wedding will prove you wrong!  This Bridal Musings wedding is so light and flowy and pretty, it makes our heart warm.  Plus, the bride's dress is absolutely gorgeous with feather details on top, and her bouquet of babys breath is so effortless.

12 Days of Christmas - Day 4

On the fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, four calling birds.....

Feathers are all the rage right now, whether on gowns, in hair ornaments, styled with clothing, jewelry, bouquets and more. Personally, I love this look and think that it is a fun accent to add to your wedding day. They are flirty, floaty, light and soft.  They can add hollywood glam or a rustic, natural look to your style.

Etsy to the rescue

If you need a dose of orginality for your wedding, looking for a one-of-a-kind creation to wear or give, then Etsy has it!  Love this web site.  It has everything and then some.

These are just way too cute!  Love!!

This would be beautiful as a cover-up for your reception. The flowers are removable.

This is too precious for words!

And one for the brides to wear, too!

These would be cute used as tags for bridesmaid's gifts.

And I would definitely want these for the Photo Booth!

Alexander McQueen

I am a little behind the times just now blogging about the passing of Alexander McQueen.  Whether you followed his far out ideas or not, there is no question that he had a definite influence on fashion.  Even though he never released a wedding line, he still dabbled in setting the bar high for unique, thinking-out-of-the-box dresses that made us re-think of what a wedding gown should look like. Love him or not?

bloggingprojectrunway.blogspot  This was the famous feather wedding gown  - 2008 collection - that inspired a ripple of controversy during Kenley's run at Project Runway.
She got caught of course!
