New Resolutions

I am making New Year's Resolutions for my business. They are good ones and should be adopted by each wedding vendor in the industry. I want to share them with you here so that you can keep me on track throughout the coming year....

I want our companies to always deliver a premier client service whenever possible; We want to always strive to do our best for each and every client.

We will strive to always bring a unique and creative approach to each client, looking at each event with fresh eyes and a renewed spirit---to ban the "cookie cutter-type" events.

We want to create a business that has a spotless reputation for client care and concern; we would do well to always remember where we came from and not forget that every event in every budget and style is as important as the next one.

We should remember that the goal is always client satisfaction and work always towards that.

We will strive to fix client concerns as soon as possible and remember to look for lessons in each criticism.

We will remember to be thankful and appreciative for supportive team players; it takes a village to create the perfect event.
