As you have probably guessed, we have changed the name of our Bridal Shows, formerly - The Wedding Salon Bridal Shows - to: Preferred Bridal Shows. Many of the brides who attend our shows have been telling us that they are booking the vendors that they visit with at the shows because they know that they come very highly recommended and have a higher level of professionalism that they are coming to expect. Of course, we are always glad when we hear this as it proves that couples planning their event are always looking for the best value for their wedding budget dollars.
A Preferred Bridal Show is a little different from other wedding shows. We strive to create a romantic atmosphere is which you could image your own wedding happening in the venue in which the show is being held. We work hard to bring you a well-rounded group of professional service providers, give you plenty of decorating ideas, fun tips and wedding trivia, great prizes and swag bags, Fashion Shows, Designer Goodie Bags, and much, much more.

Our 2nd annual Bridal Show in Ames is on April 3rd at the beautiful Quality Inn & Suites. This is a large facility that has been completely remodeled. We are excited to host our show with this facility and urge you to come see us!
Our annual spring Bridal Show in Des Moines is April 10th and is at the Embassy Suites on the River. The Embassy Suites is a beautiful facility that lends itself to a great show! We have been hosting spring Bridal Shows in Des Moines for a number of years now (I have to stop and count!) and are fortunate to represent some of Iowa's best Service Providers.
Each show is open from Noon - 3 pm, with the Fashion Show starting at 2:30 pm. Preferred Bridal Shows are free of charge and encourage you to bring your Bridal Party with you for a fun afternooon.
