2014 Wedding Trends

Dec 29 | Gray & Pink | by Cynthia

Gray and Pink continue to be strong contenders in the coming wedding year.  We completely understand why.  These two colors compliment each other beautifully!  You can go strong with pink, matching it to a charcoal gray to make this combo a drama statement, or {our fav} stay romantic and wispy with a softer blush pink and light gray tones. Either way, this dashing duo is sure to create a gorgeous wedding no matter what the setting!

Vendor Spotlight | SR Photography - Ashley & Jerin

We love working with Stan from SR Photography! When he sent us photos of a recent wedding he shot this month, we couldn't wait to share the photos with you! Stan's photos are breathtaking! Stan said "Ashley and Jerin were married in a beautiful setting and ceremony on June 1 at the Church of the Land at Living History Farms and the reception was at Hilton Garden Inn in Johnston." Congratulations Ashley & Jerin!

Pretty Parties | Bridal Shower

This pink and gray modern-vintage bridal shower was too adorable not to share, and with wedding season just around the corner, it seems there is hardly a weekend without an engagement party, bridal shower, or baby shower to attend - and this is one bridal shower you wouldn't want to miss!

Real Weddings | Carrie & Jon

Last month, we were honored to be apart of Carrie and Jon's wedding at Toad Valley Country Club.  Their photographer, Brian Garman from Brian L. Garman Photography, sent us their professional photos, and we couldn't be more excited to share them with you!  For more information and samples of his work, check out Brian L. Garman Photo's Facebook page.

This first look series is so enduring -

Jon surprised Carrie and their guests with the release of six white doves at the end of their ceremony!

After sunset, the bride and groom and their guests released lanterns into the sky -
