Wedding Inspirations | Color Palette of the Week

I love this week's color scheme.  It reminds me of a beach wedding, but would be just as perfect for any outdoor event.   Adding a color such as raspberry or tangerine, could really add in a lot of personality and fun!

Color Wedding Notes......

Don't ever be afraid of color for your wedding.  Need Inspiration?  Look no further than your closet.  What are your favorite colors?  What combinations are you drawn to?  How about your Reception venue colors?  Maybe a favorite book jacket cover or jar label?  Your imagination is your only limitation!

Here are two Pantone colors that are beautiful together:   Pantone Color | Coral Rose # 16-1349 & Peapod 14-6374   These two colors together are elegant, yet unexpected.    The green keeps the coral grounded and gives it a formal, unassuming feel.

The heat has been oppressive around the country lately.  It takes your breath away just to walk outside.   I can only imagine how bridal parties are feeling in the heat with their dresses and jackets. We have been fortunate so far and missed the outdoor weddings in this heat, [I have no idea how that happened, but my staff is very happy!] since most of our outdoor weddings take place this fall.

Maybe these lovely pictures from "cooler" weddings will make the heat just a little more bearable.  At the very least, they will inspire your own Wedding Dreams.

Outdoor weddings can be extremely beautiful, but also can be a lot of work.  You need to have a back up plan in case of inclement weather.  You don't want to be caught in the rain with no where to go.

Outdoor Weddings typically cost up to 45% more than an indoor venue.  You have to bring everything in to your outdoor location, i.e. portatpotty, dishes, tables, chairs, Tent, electricity, etc.
