Real Weddings | Rachel and Jesse

Rachel and Jesse are one of those couples that you know are going to throw a fun party the very minute you meet them. Cute, energetic and loads of personality! We were honored to help them create a great wedding celebration that reflected their personalities and love for each other.

From the silver stands with crystal bowls that marched down the aisle to the adorable cupcake display that everyone went crazy over, no detail was overlooked. The Hotel Julien in Dubuque was the perfect place to hold their swanky "20’s meets Gatsby meets Vintage” look. Their colors, champagne, ivory, blush and gold complimented the already beautiful ballroom and ceremony space.

Rachel and Jesse were very hands on with their decisions and it showed with the multitudes of compliments that they received for a memorable day. From family to friends to hotel staff, everyone loved their look and the special touches that gave this wedding its chic and elegant atmosphere.

Wedding Inspirations | Glittery Gold Wedding

While we do love a gorgeous vintage theme, we also love a fabulous modern look! This glittery-gold modern wedding at an art museum in Ft Lauderdale, Florida is so much fun - the bridesmaids were all in different shades of gold and sparkles, the bride and groom had an adorable sweetheart table, the cake incorporated the venue of the art museum perfectly, and the photo booth looks like everyone had a blast!

Real Weddings | Robin & Kirk

This past weekend, we had the absolute pleasure to work with Robin and Kirk. Their ceremony and reception were held at their country farmstead just outside of Des Moines, surrounded by cornfields and the gorgeous Iowa landscape. The ceremony was in their front yard, and the reception was held in the back under tents flooded with draping, lights, and flower chandeliers. The mood was chic and romantic, the weather was perfect, and a great time was had by all who attended. Congratulations Robin & Kirk!

From the bride:
"It is really hard to describe the perfect day but we had it ... it was truly amazing and beautiful. We have had compliments from men, which, as you know, is almost impossible to get. I would say ... we have had at least half and maybe more tell us it was the 'best wedding they have ever been to.' ... we want you to know that we could not be happier about how everything looked ... All we keep hearing is 'Perfect' ... thank you and know that from the bottom of our hearts we could not have asked for more!!!"
